Full length paper to be published as AIP Conference
Proceedings:
A full length paper of your contribution (maximum of 5 pages for
plenary/invited lectures and 3 pages for oral/poster
presentations), in A4 size paper, 6 x 9 inch format, as per AIP
format using MS word template given in authors guidelines of the
AIP conference proceedings website
http://proceedings.aip.org/proceedings/6x9.jsp Detailed
instructions for preparing the full length paper can be had from
AIP website. A transfer of copyright agreement should be sent to
AIP as per author guidelines in conference proceedings website.
Full length paper should reach the convener on/ or before 15
February 2008 and it will be published in AIP journal after a
peer review. The confirmation of publication in AIP journal will
be after proper refereeing the oral/poster contribution
presented at the conference.
Registration:
All the participants are requested to complete ICOPVS 2008
conference registration formalities well in advance to ensure
availability of Conference materials. Registration fees for
other programmes scheduled below, during the conference are to
be done separately.
- Chemometrics pre-conference tutorials and
- Workshop on chiroptical vibrational spectroscopy
Details of the registration fee for each programme can be
had from the conference website.
Accommodation:
Accommodation for the outstation participants can be arranged
at the Hotels, Hostels and in guest houses at a moderate cost.
Since very limited accommodations are available in Trivandrum
city, being a tourist destination at all time, those who
require accommodation beside the conference venue are
requested to inform the choice of accommodation and the number
of days of stay at the earliest ( latest by 31 January 2008)
to niju@starkexpo.com and/or vsjk@icopvs2008.org.
Those who do not inform the organizers about their needs for
accommodation will have to make their own arrangements. Ladies
who need accommodation should intimate well in advance.
Travel details:
The confirmed invited speakers/ contributors, who arrive at
Trivandrum by flight or by train are requested to send their
travel details at the earliest to niju@starkexpo.com and/or
vsjk@icopvs2008.org. Foreign delegates should give your
journey details prior to the conference, date and time of
arrival and departure, flight name and no., etc, to ensure the
proper local hospitality.
A limited number of young participants, whose papers are
accepted for oral/poster presentations, shall be considered
for sleeper class travel assistance should they require.
